Change Requests

If you need to update your order information, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible: service@aurvoa.com.

Please include your order number and provide the exact change request, such as updating a delivery address, changing product details, or requesting an order cancellation. This helps our team review your request quickly.

Processing Limitations

Order changes and cancellation requests are reviewed individually and cannot always be guaranteed. Once an order has entered processing, packing, fulfillment, or shipping, modifications may no longer be possible.

To increase the possibility of making changes, please contact us shortly after placing your order. Our team will make reasonable efforts to assist before the order moves into fulfillment.

Address Updates

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information during checkout. If you notice an address error after placing your order, please contact us immediately.

Once a package has been shipped, we may not be able to redirect, modify, or recover the shipment. Additional delivery issues caused by incorrect information may require further assistance from the customer and carrier.

Cancellation and Refunds

If a cancellation request is approved before fulfillment, any eligible refund will be processed to the original payment method where possible.

Please note that payment providers and banks may require additional processing time before refunded amounts appear in your account.
